Ein Politthriller, positiv ist das Mitwirken von Anne Hathaway, negativ, dass auch Ben Affleck mit von der Partie ist
The Undoing
Seit dem ich weiß, dass Hugh Grant auch ernst kann, freue ich mich immer, wenn er in Dramen mitspielt und auch auf diese Produktion bin ich sehr gespannt – trotz Kidman und Cruz Cordova
Manhunt, Season 2
Ich mochte die erste Staffel, da ist es EHrensache auf in die zweite reinzuschauen

Unkraut vergeht nicht....oder doch? 
I loved the Spenser novels by Robert Parker, and Robert Urich and Avery Brooks in the TV series. But I haven’t been able to get into the posthumous Spenser novels. And Mark Wahlberg definitely does not correspond to my picture of Spenser. So … hmmm.

I am not a Kidman fan although I will say in Big Little Lies she in an ensemble was good. 😉

The first one I read was „Early Autumn,“ but of the earlier ones „Mortal Stakes“ and „Promised Land“ were both excellent, too. You don’t need to read them in order.

I read a few of them before Parker died but Spenser will always be my true love. Have not seen anything with Selleck since Magnum PI.

@Servetus: A german tv station shows the Jesse Stone movies on a regular basis, my mom likes them and that’s how I saw bits and pieces of it.
I don’t think Spenser made it to German televison or at least not in the last 30 years

I finally saw a review of Spenser Confidential — sounds like they have totally changed the character, so I am taking this off my list.
