Auf der Homepage des Telegraph (hier) wurde gerade der erste Trailer zu Ralph Fiennes neuester Regiearbeit veröffentlicht.
Der Film erzählt die Geschichte des Balletttänzer Rudolf Nureyev, der in jungen Jahren aus der UDSSR flüchtete.
In Großbritannien wird der Film am 22. März in die Kinos kommen, ob und wann der Film in anderen Ländern gezeigt wird, steht meines WIssens noch nicht fest.
Bis März wird der Film bei einigen Filmfestivals weltweit gezeigt worden sein.
Ich bin jetzt nicht wahnsinnig ekstatisch was den Film angeht, aber anschauen werde ich ihn durchaus, wenn ich die Gelegenheit dazu bekomme.

Herba, I think it is an interesting story for Fiennes to tell and timely so good for him!! I hope it gets decent distribution…

Herba, I’m gonna see if I can rent them-not at your level of commitment w/him to buy. I like Fiennes a resurgence of sorts for me since he was hot to trot for me in the mid 1990s after English Patient came out. (a short spell). I am happy if he has another moment in the sun now!

Herba, well Richard I don’t mind buying the dvds and to start with Urban would be great. I have RH in my video library purchased on Amazon.
